Chase Packaging Corporation Comments on Unusual Market Activity

Rumson, New Jersey - September 1, 2020 - (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chase Packaging Corporation ("Chase" or the "Company") (WHLT) today repeated its policy that it ordinarily does not comment on market activity or market speculation. However, in view of the recent increased trading volume and significant price increase of the Company's common shares, Chase is reporting that it has signed a preliminary non-binding indication of interest with a third party.
